The description failed to mention the product did not come with ball bearings. Grandson was so disappointed when he opened up the bagatelle to find he couldn’t play with it straight away. That should have been in the description! The product is good and was well packed and arrived on time…just got to get some ball bearings now.

I was very disappointed when this Betty Boop arrived. The seller did say that fingers on the left hand were missing, but no mention of the previous repair to the right hand, which resulting in it breaking off on transit to me. The missing hand was found in the packaging. To say this wasn’t deal is an understatement.
