I contacted the seller who told me that there was never a liner and apologized for the confusion. The seller offered to take back the coat and offered a full refund. I wanted to keep the coat as it fit well, and requested a partial refund of between $30-80, the price liners were selling for on ebay. Never heard back. Ask question
