As described but hard to assemble - would be better if sent out assembled or at least with the straps already assembled. I found it very hard to do although the seller said he had sold 100's and I was the first person to have problems - I presume to indicate my stupidity. I can't really say they weren't as described as in all fairness they were but tiny strap buckles that snap easily. Anyway seller was insistent I was at fault & he had zero customer service skills.
