Hi I purchased an item that was offered by the seller who later indicated on the update that it was shipped. However, there is no tracking number nor date of arrival shown. When I conducted the seller there was no reason given as to why the number is missing. All purchases I made through eBay have had tracking number update immediately payment is received. There is even no indication that preshiping information was sent to Kenya. I have attached snapshot of the transaction for reference.
