Royal Mail tracking suddenly petered out and the item was no longer traceable. Contacted the seller who got back to me straight away, agreed there was a prob and item was most probably lost in transit. He immediately sent out a replacement to me, took it personally to the PO and sent me pics of both parcel and tracking.
