The item was not packed appropriately, it was sent in the manufacturers box which had got very wet on its journey and was only held together with tape, not a pretty sight! I complained to the seller, not at all interested and blamed the courier I also asked for the guarantee and instructions, I have heard nothing from them!! Not a good experience with this seller

Firstly I received a faulty toaster, secondly returned after asking seller to send me a return label which they did not after 48 hours so I got a QI code myself!! Thirdly seller says they haven't received item although posted on Friday and I've not been refunded. The seller8 "lovingleo 1985" attitude has been awful and has definitely put me of shopping on ebay ever again.
