Full co-operation from the seller to resolve the issue caused by EVRI, 5* Received it in the end for additional postage cost as receiver dropped the wrongly delivered item in a RM letter box. Again, a EVRI/Hermes failure, please leave these clowns from delivering your items, there is always an issue.
