Trust? Note there's no claim item was misdescribed or defective. Shipped 2 days beyond deadline because until then I was in hospital w/o electronic access. Item delivered *before* buyer filed request for refund with eBay. eBay clearly stated I was not required to offer any refund, but I did so anyway to mollify buyer. As for "screwed out of return shipping," if buyer was entitled to that eBay would certainly have deducted it from my account. All that is documented. A nasty angry little man.
