Careless and uncommunicative vendor. The only bit to rate positively is item description, as the sewing machine presumably was fine before it got to me. Packaging was absolutely terrible, well below the level you'd expect for anything with moving parts and electronics; consequently it arrived with damage. If you do decide to buy anything from this seller, please insist that he respects your goods, and packs them in much better than taped together bits of beer and Amazon boxes. Really poor.

The buyer showed me some photos of a sewing machine completely broken into pieces ( the photos were not clear if is that my item) he tried to make an intimidating conversation, but I know the tricks of these buyers, they have a standard behavior, they try to down the price of the item or keep them for free claiming they arrived broken, now imagine a sewing machine that arrived in pieces to the buyer and after more than a month HE DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM... say your conclusions
