For the price of shipping ($8.15) the seller should have used a box instead of a bag to ship (which I requested). It is a hat, and the brim gets damaged when you ship a hat in a bag. Also, there were no photos or description of the damage to the strap adjuster, which was frayed and covered in rust from the metal slider. eBay clearly says under item specifics: "See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections" No imperfections were described. Deception by omission.
