Excellent communication! Fast shipping. Only complaint was they shipped it in the case box but they didn’t have a protection layer of another box to keep it from being beat up. Picture down low to show box damage. Case was fine just wanted the box in good shape. Overall very happy with the product and we were able to build the wife her pc that she wanted with this case.
