Dispatched within 2 working days with UPS standard next day (which I paid extra for). Packaging was good with the player wrapped in plastic then bubblewrap then an outer box. My only problem was the very strong smell of smoke with quite a bit of residue on the device. It all cleaned off fine and I’m sure the rest of the smell will disappear with time. Functionally the device is perfect having tested it several tapes. Overall I would recommend this seller.

    It has sound connection problems this applies to all models I have bought. both BD45 AND BD65

    Good points 1. Has a very good SD card port. Bad points Have not been able to cure poor connection problems this I believe is within the unit not my wiring.

    As Good as it Gets.

    On receiving the player, I found it very easy to set up, initially. The User Manual is fairly straightforward, and the Menus easy to follow. I found that Blu-Ray DVDs looked superb on it, and DVDs were in fact enhanced, compared to my previous player. Having the On-Off, and Eject buttons on the top front edge of the machine, proves to be a bonus, and so easy to use. The USB input for Photo Memory Sticks is also very straightforward, and produces excellent pictures on my Panasonic 37" flat-screen TV. I think that for the cost, this machine is a bargain of the highest calibre. singingroger3003

    this is a gr8 blu ray player as long as you use good cables the picture and sound is wonderfull its easy to use and set up
