This order was for 4 glasses one of which arrived broken. First seller I've encountered that put the responsibility for any recovery for damage entirely on the buyer. Not good customer service.This feedback would be negative but three other glasses were ok. I will not make another purchase from this seller.

A luxury item arrives supposedly broken, NO emails. I email you after 2 days, as a follow up on the package being delivered, still no emails, then 4 days later after a weekend of parties, 1 broken glass appears. Demands for a refund, no pictures of damaged packaging. Insurance was purchased. If you don’t want to file a claim that’s up to you. I have over 400 feedbacks with only positive, and I package things VERY well.
