The seller didn't put the order "EC" number on the delivery causing the collection notice not to be created prevented the shop from releasing the package. Luckily the shop-keeper had come across the issue before and had a workaround where he took the "EC" from my ebay app was able to manually trigger the collection note with its required "f" code. The people in the long queue created in the shop were not impressed!
