Broke after 36hours, the led panel went blank and it started heating to only 31.5c so I had to hurry and set up heat mats and a cardboard box and I spent 6 hours on a combination where it would very slowly cool using an inkbird and then stayed up until 4am making sure it was ok. Seller ignored all messages but responded within minutes on his Facebook ad for the same incubator when I asked "is it still available?" I ended up having to spend another £60 to replace it and it took a week to arrive!

A nice incubator but humidity was an issue. Trays leaked badly so not enough water over night for humidity. I over come this with water retaining by lining the base. All was in vain it broke and I woke up to no heating, no info at all from the top display which should say temperature and humidity. Result I lost my hatching eggs from loss of temperature and humidity and costing me money. I have checked the eggs and they were formed so died as a result of the malfunction of this purchase.
