    Try this first

    This product has really worked for me. I have managed the menopause using this product alone. My doctor suggested I try a supplement containing all the natural ingredients that this product contains. It has helped with my energy levels...hot flushes and moods. I feel calm and more in control of myself. It is definitely worth a try. I would recommend trying this product before using HRT if you don't feel comfortable with that.

    Stopped my bad pms!

    I have always had mood swings at the time of the month but it had turned into a depressive, angry, unmanageable time. After doing some research I found vitamins meant to help, when I typed these into goggle this product came up as having them all. They arrived 2 weeks before I was due on and I started taking them immediately and to my (and my family's) absolute delight this month has been great! I have felt a little irritable on a couple of occasions but totally manageable and nothing compared to the last few cycles where I felt utterly depressed and had days where I really struggled to get out of bed. If you struggle with bad pms or pmdd then these are worth a try, they may not work for everyone but they have been life changing for me!
