This floor cleaner is definitely a game changer. We have a variety of floors from laminate, real wood and porcelain tiles. The machine cleaned and then polished with ease. The dealer was very helpful and replied to my questions very promptly. The machine arrived within two days. It was well packaged and exactly as described. The item was not as described. Item advertised as new but the box arrived damaged, opened and resealed. I asked seller before paying for the item and the seller confirmed it was a brand new item. Tried to contact seller regarding the item hoping they would resolve the issue, and the seller immediately acknowledged that it was a mix up and instantly dispatched the new item to me and arrange for a courier to pick the old one 5* stars for the service and communication.
