Bought this product to install a 1X12 SRAM Eagle drivetrain on a Surly Midnight Special with Novatec hubs, which led me to a super painful search for a Novatec XDR driver. The product was precisely what I needed, and was new and in original packaging. (Super helpful to see the compatible hubs in the product description.) Shipping time was slow, as expected coming from the UK to the USA. Tracking the shipment was awful but I'm sure that's ebay and not this seller. Very pleased overall.
