The item was not as described. Item advertised as new but the box arrived damaged, opened and resealed. I asked seller before paying for the item and the seller confirmed it was a brand new item. Tried to contact seller regarding the item hoping they would resolve the issue, and the seller immediately acknowledged that it was a mix up and instantly dispatched the new item to me and arrange for a courier to pick the old one 5* stars for the service and communication.
