there is no clearance between the motor and the frame, the motor has also started making a grumbling noise from inside, this could indicate bearings worn or a fault in the motor windings I don’t think it will last for much longer so I won’t ride on the bike now, making this motor not fit for purpose. I’ve asked for a replacement rear wheel and waiting for a reply.
