The board is good and was as described. However, this was a critical item and the listing promised free Priority shipping. Shipping took an entire week from Delaware to Ohio. The tracking revealed that they used Ground Advantage, presumably to save money. Priority shipping was part of the reason I even ordered from this seller. I wasn't thrilled. Petty, I know, but this was a $230 sale. Just use Priority if you promise it to people!

This Dyson was not as described. They told me everything was in the box and I am missing the cleaner head to my vacuum. I contacted them and they will not send me my cleaner head or refund me until I return the vacuum. The box they sent it in was 4 cardboard pieces taped together and was such a disaster to open there was no way I could use it to send back. I had them call me and they were so rude and told me to contact EBay but I couldn't find where to contact EBay I gave a useless vacuum

We wish and suggest to you to return item and get your full refund. We are so sorry but can’t refund such a big amount without receiving product.
