Item arrived well packaged in original box and was in new condition as advertised, product itself is beautiful and has brightened up the office nicely. Fulfillment does take a few days, but seller was responsive and once item was shipped it arrived quickly.

Excellent seller! Item arrived in good shape, as described, super quickly and carefully packed! You might want to consider some kind of internal support for packaging next time though (partial box, etc) bubble wrap does great for drops, but can allow packaging to get squished still if the outside is in an envelope. My item arrived in great shape though, so no complaints here!:-) thanks!!!
