The vintage evening bag did not match the description exactly, from the photos I was pretty sure there was a strap attached, and I've restudied them and restudied them again. But there is no strap on it, not in the parcel I received either, I've rechecked. I don't know what happened there, really.did it break off?or perhaps the one in the photo was an illusion

None of the pictures show a strap, the description does not mention a strap. It's a strapless bag.
