    We have struggled to understand what has happened here. To clarify: we suggested to the buyer that they may be referring to a different purchase of a similar item, from another supplier. This is still our only viable explanation for this. There is no route for visibly used goods to get anywhere near our despatch area. Our company has zero trade in used goods and our warehouse shelves hold only pristine, new product, The buyer was nonetheless offered a replacement but chose a refund.

    HUMAX GENUINE REMOTE CONTROLLER

    This replacement remote control is the genuine part. The original one was approximately 6 years old and used almost every day to control the TV and Humax recorder. If the recorder holds out I can see this one giving the same service.

    Better than original remote

    More of the buttons seem to be the clicky type (not noisy, just positive), so maybe Humax have improved on the older version which wasn't the best. A joy to use a remote that works every time instead being a lucky dip experience. Essentual to have reliable remote with such long, and frequent, ad breaks!

    Well pleased

    It works and looks like the oringial controller, you do need the list of controller codes and instructions to get it to switch off/on your TV make & model. I found my Humax codes and it worked correctly.
