There was an issue with the parcel handler, not the fault of the seller, which delayed arrival, however once aware the seller immediately contacted the parcel handler and get things sorted out. I really appreciated the most prompt response and super speedy resolution. Also for being kept fully up to speed. Would definitely buy from this seller again. (Postage costs were fair given size of package which incorporated much packaging protecting the fragile contents.)
