Despite the excellent product quality and accurate description, there was an unexplained delay in dispatch.
I placed my order on September 24th, but it wasn't dispatched until October 2nd, 2023. Regrettably, I did not receive any communication or clarification for the eight-day delay, and the seller's responsiveness was notably lacking after payment.
