    Didn’t realize it was for 7 weeks use only. However really good quality and fun pages. Have filled mine out ready for my SW journey. Just wished there were more pages to last a few months at least.

    Good motivator

    I love this journal. It is self explanatory and easy to use. It can be personalised and helps make tracking weight loss easier. I love the page with the stars and bubbles to show how much weight I have lost. Will definitely buy another. The book is good quality too.

    weight watchers tracker log book

    Absolutely necessary, in my experience, to keep track of what one eats and drinks, daily points used, activity points used, goals etc. A very well made book, I love it. "Keep Calm and Lose Weight" written on the cover, draws a lot of comments.

    Wasn't what I expected

    I ordered this 'food' diary to go along with my Slimming World journey hoping that it would follow the layout and content of the food diaries that we fill in with them. However, it was laid out differently and I found it hard to follow and have stopped using it. The book, however, is very colourful and great quality.
