Firstly the bed base was not XLNT when delivered. I communicated this to the seller about the markings to the bed base and sending pictures. It was stated by him that it was as described when handed over to the Courier. I asked the seller if the item was plastic covered as was the previous bed base we bought 2 months earlier which was XLNT. I said that the seller had a duty of care to see the item was protected on dispatch. At this point Comm's from him have dried up with no further response.!!

This was a mistake by the courier company and not ourselves. The bed was exchanged to the customer's satisfaction and he was left very happy. Unfortunately , Ebay won't allow him to change the feedback embarassingly for us. Thanks
