    This bag arrived filthy and waterstained (see pics), like it had been stored in a damp, dirty basement. There was absolutely no mention of stains in the description! It was also supposed to come with a keychain but that was missing as well. I reached out to the seller to ask about returns or compensation, but heard nothing back. I should have read other purchaser reviews first before doing business with this seller. Lesson learned..
