Vendeur très correct qui avait empaqueté très soigneusement l'objet au départ et a suivi sa "trajectoire"!Malheureusement, le paquet a été malmené au cours du transport (ou au point relais?)et l'objet, à sa réception, était cassé à deux endroits (réparation effectuée par mes soins = recollage). Averti par moi de cet incident, le vendeur a très sympathiquement réalisé un "geste" et proposé de me rembourser une partie du prix de vente de départ de la figurine que je souhaitais conserver! Chapeau!!
