Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival, we must be notified within 7 working days. Claims outside this period will not be accepted. Please message us to organise the item’s return and we will then either replace it or issue a full refund immediately.

Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and service. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items for any reason.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please message us. We will then send to you a prepaid label so your postage will be free. Please then package the relevant item securely in the original packaging and send it to us within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the returned item we will assess the item/s and the money will be refunded.

All our products (only brand-new ) come with a 12or24 month warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. Our guarantees refer to the quality, durability and relative fitness for purpose during the first 12 months after delivery. Guarantees will be invalidated if, in our opinion, product failure is caused by inappropriate or excessive use.

When returning an item under this warranty, please ensure you include your full name, email address, delivery address, original order reference number and reason for return. Please ensure items are sent Recorded Delivery as we are not responsible if the item is lost in the post. If your items doesn't arrive back to us we can not refund you.

Any products returned will be assessed by our Quality Assurance department before any compensation is given. If we find no fault with the item(s) then no refund will be issued and we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee, or minimum of €10 whichever is greater, plus recover any delivery charges incurred. If an item is faulty, we reserve the right to repair or replace. If this is not possible, a credit will be issued.
