The 8 inch square shower head came within a few days of ordering it , unfortunately it was bent on one corner, I sent photos of this and after turning down a 15 % and then a 30 % reduction in price , the refunded me . So I am happy with the outcome, and would / will re- order, as could have been bent by couriers.
