Very efficient service: good communications, prompt delivery, well packed, item (partly) as described.
The assembly /instruction sheet was not very clear: I have had several chainsaws in the past so this was not a problem for me, but for somebody new to chainsaws they may get confused. Also, the assembly tools given for this machine (screwdriver and spanner ) were clearly for another model. Again, not a problem as I have alternative tools. Suggest seller checks this out for future buyers.
