the item was paid for promptly, but somehow the courier service either lost or never updated my package status past receiving it almost 2wks. seller was contacted and very reasonable, efforts were made on their end to rectify but to no avail. in the end I was issued a refund, seller is honest and respectful i must say... just really disappointed about the item being lost and the amount of time passed... but I would shop with seller again just because of their customer service.
