The folders are great. but I have a quibble. I sent the user a message regarding postage and I never received a reply. I bought 3 folders and it added 3 times the postage cost. Now if they were posted individually fair enough, but if grouped together the postage charge should have been reduced and I would expect a partial refund, these are very light items. They were sent grouped together in one box and charged £8.25 for postage. I see this as a hidden way of increasing the item cost.
