CPH Surplus is an independent dealer who buys and sells a range of interesting vintage items. Including but not limited to; army surplus, architectural antiques, homewares, decorative garden items, reclamation and liquidated bankrupt stock and unique products
Unless stated as new my items are used, and they may have signs of use and general wear. The photos will provide a general idea of condition. Any electrical item will need to be tested by a competent person which will be upto the buyer to conform to necessary standards.
 
GENERAL INFORMATION
As most items are reclaimed they have not been cleaned. If you would like to arrange a quote for this there are many professional teams who would do this.
All descriptions are my own opinion; therefore, it may not be possible for items to have been valued or checked by an expert. Please feel free to ask any questions about products before buying.
Delivery is by Royal Mail, other courier or buyer to collect. Proof of postage receipts will be kept. I can deliver some items throughout Northamptonshire if arrangements have been made prior to buying/bidding.
You may wish for some items to be collected by your own courier, eBay recommends Shiply, you can get a quote from them direct using the eBay item number as reference. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is the case so that I can package up the item and be present for courier collection.
Where possible, unless brand new in packaging each item is checked before postage. If anything is damaged in transit, this is an issue you will need to take up with your courier. I will not accept returns of goods that are damaged in transit. I will not accept returns if you have just changed your mind unless you pay for return postage and then the item must be returned in the condition that it was sent before any refund is issued. Please get in touch beforehand if this is the case. Please use your common sense.
I normally despatch items within two working days of receiving cleared payment.
Items must be collected within 5 working days unless you have contacted me to make alternative arrangements before purchasing. Any item uncollected for more than five days without agreement will be liable to a £3 per day storage charge. If I have no communication from you in 5 days, an unpaid item case will be raised and the item will be re-listed.
I advise the following payment methods either: deposit and then remainder of balance in cash on delivery/collection or PayPal.
