Item dispatched late, delivered damaged because of inadequate packaging, yet to receive a full refund a few days after item returned to sender. Not easy to deal with either.

Full refund given in timeframe as per ebay rules or they would have resolved it. Inadequate packaging is open to opinion and broken glass in transit can happen so isnt a reason for negative feedback. Dispatched after returning from holiday as messaged the buyer to state. The buyer also found fault with things that were completely untrue. I wont be selling on ebay again as dealing with buyers like this isnt worth the energy or time given the value of £20, ebay should do more to help sellers!
