    Lots of recipes but not much more

    O.K. if you want new recipes but not much help with your own favourites if you are new to this technology. There are lots of the authors' own recipes; interesting, but not to everyone's taste. I'm looking for a book that goes more deeply into the use of the fryer.

    Really good book. More for the American market but easy to follow. Some good ideas and recipes. Only down side, loads of cheesy recipes which are a waste of time for my family.

    Blind cooking

    It's not bad for recipes but few are accompanied by a picture of the meal. I find this is happening with lots of cook books so for me I will not be purchasing any more and using Google and print out what I want to make.
