Overall neutral experience. Did not get the benefit of the free shipping in the listing - BUT the seller met me halfway on that. Fair enough, given the actual distance and size of the package. The real disappointment, however, was missing tab on the MAIN zipper which was not mentioned in the listing OR when I asked about defects; not cool. All of that said, the seller was VERY kind and responsive; item descriptions just need work.
