The item had been shrunk in the wash to the point where it was the size of a child's garment. The seller then refused to provide a refund when requested. The listing showed the garment as a size Small in Other Stories - I have many size small items from that brand (including one in the exact same style), and it was deceptive to list this shrunken garment as a Small (irrespective of whether the seller gave measurements).

I don't understand what prompted you to leave such a vicious negative feedback. I have clearly stated the measurements in the description and yet you wanted to return the item . I find it a bit ridiculous to request a return when it was your fault for not checking the measurements. You also asked for a £5 discount and I kindly accepted it . Facts like this are important for other customers to know and you have zero regard for this.
