Genuine Replacement Head at a good price
This replacement head arrived well within the time window and at £36 the cost was less than a heating engineer's call out. The problems being experienced was the central heating radiators were getting hot in the middle of a hot day when the boiler was heating the hot water.. The replacement head was easily and quite quickly replaced (2 screws on the valve, and 4 wires at the wiring center box). No problems experienced in the replacement, and no heating of radiators in the hot water cycle. Genuine replacement
Excellent genuine replacement. My motorised valve was sometimes allowing the CH to come on even though only HW was selected. After research, thought it was probably just the actuator that needed replacing rather than the complete motorised valve with the actuator attached. Proved to be correct as everything is now working correctly. Just a shame that the last actuator only last 5 years, would have thought they lasted longer.Excellent genuine replacement. Easy to fit, solved the problem
Had an issue where our boiler and thermostat were both functioning properly, hot water fine but radiators were cold. Isolated the problem to be the failure of our existing actuator (same model as this but at least 15 yrs old). Simple enough to replace like-for-like (depending on access to the wiring). MUCH cheaper than calling out a tradesperson to do it.

This Danfoss HSA3 actuator looks the same as the one its replacing hopefully it will last more than 3 years. next time you send stuff in the post more bubble wrap would be good.
