I bought a item of the seller she Matt out for delivery when the item was still in our house as she has not taken it to the delivery company she is a private seller she’s saying it’s only been so many business days, but she’s not a business because I asked for a refund she called me rude, but my feedback is hundred percent and it’s all good comments I pay sum up by the item

I never once claimed I had sent the item, I just updated the tracking before I posted it. I also never once claimed to be a business, or even mentioned the word “business” in our messages, I said it’s been 5 working days since you bought the item, hence the delay. I also did not call you rude, or even use the word “rude”, I asked you to have some compassion and patience for sellers over the Christmas period. Your review is literally completely false and over complicated.
