Fine business; item was received in great time and very well packaged. The charger runs fine but has a slight fault: the 2nd port sometimes comes up with an erroneous over-temperature indication. It's not a big problem; I won't be returning it even though the seller accepts returns. The seller was honest in describing the item as open-box and possibly a "factory second", so it's clearly no fault of the seller. Less than half the new price, so it's fine! I will gladly buy from this seller again.
