Maybe feedback should be Negative. Item was described as new, but to me there were signs that the item was used (not sure to what extent). The plastic bag with manual was open (should be sealed), there were marks near charging port, USB charging lead was used and untied and there were some black marks on red clamp.
Return requested, the seller wanted me to pay for postage - for item not as described, then stopped communicating and no apologies. I wasted my time and ebay stepped in to resolve.

Had set the price to low purchase at £0.99 and I won the bid @ £0.99, emailed me to say it should have been £9.99, so asked if I would pay 9.99, I offered 5.00, but he gave refund instead

This was a genuine listing mistake should have been listed at £9.99 i listed at 0.99 .gave him his money back and this idiot gave me negative feedback for £5.00 unbeliavable.There are some idiots on here.
