Great transaction, very happy with the purchase.....quick delivery(est. delivery 30-31 May but received on the 29th) very well packed, fitted perfectly to my Dell Precision 5510 laptop and works perfectly at the initial test .
The only downside is the fact I haven't received any Warranty paperwork with it, but have requested it over eBay Messaging, so looking forward to receive it.

Seller sent the wrong battery but it tells me it's compatible, yes, the battery fits, but it is NOT the one i bought. I ordered the Al14A32 model, seller sent the E4-571 model that has a large bump instead of being flat. I messaged the seller but it dodges the responsibility by saying that the battery is compatible. In which i responded that before i ordered anothe battery, i would need a refund, and it never replied. I was left chatting alone, the seller doesn't care. Don't buy.
