SHIPPING: We post all items same working day if ordered before Mid-day on a 48hr courier (24hr upgrade is available). Please contact us if you haven't received your item after 7 working days.
 
POSTAGE INSURANCE: When you receive your item please ensure you check the outer packaging for damage before signing, as once the package is signed for insurance remuneration is much harder to achieve. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in the postal system as it is simply beyond our control.

All systems have an operating system on it unless stated. Windows updates may not be up to date and will require to be updated by the buyer. Used PC’s may have minor scratches as a result of normal use, unusual scratches dents etc will be listed in an item's description and it’ll be reflected in the price.
Spares or repair means spares or repair, so no claims or refund requests so please assume whole item is faulty, known faults will be disclosed.
3 month Warranty (excluding Batteries, Keyboards and any faults which are noted in this listing) is included, unless stated. Please contact us before hand to get an RMA number. Software faults are not covered. The item will be tested and if found to be faulty a repair or replacement will be organised. If a repair or replacement is not possible a full refund will be issued in the first 30 days. Batteries are only covered for dead on arrival and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the laptop.
Please note on all laptops and tablets the Windows Language is English UK, the Keyboard is English and the charger end cable is UK.
All items have a warranty seal, any tampering with the seal will void the warranty without exception.
 
DEFINITION OF REFURBISHED LAPTOP - All laptops are fully tested and refurbished to Microsoft refurbisher level. Any parts excluding the motherboard and processor that are found to be faulty will replaced with genuine or compatible parts including the battery and charger. For clarification of any laptop, please contact us.
 
GENERAL RETURNS – For general returns please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please use the Ebay returns system for this. A full refund will be issued once we have checked the item is in the same condition with all original packaging in the same condition it was despatched. Pre paid postage labels are only provided for faulty items in the UK. For orders outside the UK, we do not cover the postage returns costs.
 
ITEMS LISTED AS FAULTY - To protect ourselves from the buyers taking the required parts off machines and then cancelling the order our listings do clearly state that spares repairs laptops and joblot's are non returnable. They are listed as non working faulty and incomplete.
