After poor communication’s we were given the 99p refund and collected most of the parts of shelving that was left.

Firstly I responded to you within 12 hours - I messaged you to explain that unfortunately this was not as described due to something out of my control and processed a full refund immediately (all of £0.99) and then offered you the opportunity to still collect this for free to which you have not responded or acknowledged - seems a bit harsh that you would then leave this review….
