Seller sold me an item that was defective, very old (from 2012!), in an open box with a musty smell and with items missing that he advertised as NEW! Seller has so far refused to make good on a return request. This definitely NOT the way business is done on Ebay or any other reputable platform!

Buyer messaged wanting half his money back "or else" because the toothbrushes wouldn't hold a charge longer than 5 days?! Pic of box dated 2012 was included in listing. No musty smell. Lying about parts missing as clearly shown in the pics he himself submitted when requesting a return. All four brush heads are visible. The brushes work and hold a charge for 5 days, he just wanted some money back and mad I wouldn't give in to his extortion demands. Sad.

The only person lying is the seller:
1. The item was defective as the batteries would not hold a charge because they were old
2. The item was prominently advertised as NEW (in all caps!) and it was, at best, an item dating back to 2012 that was found in some garage sale by the seller. The box had signs of wear and a heavy musty smell. That is NOT a NEW item!
3. Seller displayed poor business ethics. Calling a buyer names is unprofessional behavior
