Very useful machine.
Great machine for cleaning floors, upholstery and your car. With a family and young children, a really reliable, sturdy machine is a must. I have cleaned the floor; wood and tiles, the carpeted stairs, the car upholstery and floors and am not a bit disappointed. Great suction, wet and dry. Only drawback is it is quite big and heavy but has a good cord length. I'm really glad I bought Henry.

Absolute garbage
How this gets more than 1 star from people I'll never know! The trigger is in the wrong place on the pipe so you cant put any pressure on to push from a natural position whilst you are actually using it. Add this to a very basic suction nozzle and its practically impossible to push. The uptake of dirty water is about 5% of what goes down, leaving the carpet soaked. Don't be fooled by the wet / dry aspect either. Numatic make a selling point of including 2 hoses for easy switching inbetween, however, they only provide 1 set of pipes, which you can't use wet. In short, tested on one carpet and sent it straight back. How this gets more than 1 star from people I'll never know! Can’t fault these machines
My George just died but fair play after 15 years of abuse he’s now relegated to the spares R.I.P George. Just ordered a new one and hope to get another 15 years use or 600 cars worth of uses out of it. Worth every penny and has got me out of the s*** more than once
