The DVD arrived today in good condition. There was a delay in recieving it, which I believe is the fault of the Royal Mail in my area who are not delivering mail as usual. They are only concentrating on parcels to the detriment of we the customer, which is causing much upset locally resulting in missed hospital appointments and important documents. I don't blame the vendor who sent it out in very good time. I would definitely deal with him again should the need arise.
